I’m no stranger to washing my hands or using hand sanitizer. It’s been a normal practice for me (as it should be for all), before the threat of COVID-19 infiltrated the world.
Since the spread of the coronavirus has become more serious, I’ve started to wash my hands and use hand sanitizer a lot more than my skin is used to. My hands and knuckles are getting super dry, my skin is cracking, and even bleeding sometimes.
Here are three hand creams that have been keeping my hands moisturized and smooth.
Since the texture of them are thick and oily like vaseline, I prefer to cover my hands and then slip on cotton moisturizing gloves before bed. When I wake up, my hands are super soft. I do this on an as-needed basis.

We love the aquaphor! My son has hands that crack and bleed so badly and this seems to help him. He just hates that it’s like putting vaseline on but he often does it at night and then puts socks over his hands and then it prevents them from cracking during the day. That’s some good stuff.
journeywithjblog
Yes, Aquaphor is super thick, but it does the job! I also apply it at night and cover my hands with moisturizing gloves.

Great recommendations! I know I’ve seen that Neutrogena one lying around my apartment somewhere, not really sure how we’ve acquired it. I’ve tried it a few times and really liked it. I really like Aquaphor too, but have only ever used it for my tattoo which is on my ankle. I didn’t even think to keep using it for other areas.

Thank you for sharing these. I have never tried these before but I am going to. I always have dry cracked hands in the winter months. I’ve been using Working Hands, but it leaves my hands feeling kind of chalky, so even though I’ve been using it I haven’t been completely impressed. I need something new.
journeywithjblog
The three that I suggested all leave my hands super soft and smooth. I highly recommend.
